I created, edited, and distributed various routine documents, legal documents, and forms. I maintained complex files and databases. I organized and prioritized production for management's analysis and review, and provided the public with information on various issues, as well as addressing their concerns. Performed administrative duties such as typing, Emails and answering phones. I maintained the website and the coordination of our local membership base. I accurately and efficiently utilized processing and spreadsheets to successfully create and distributed letters, memoranda, and other promotional materials using Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Wordpress.

I answered inbound calls for Guardians Medical and Dental insurance members. I administered Guardian Anytime registrations. Returned claims for adjustment. Answered questions regarding benefits and resolve any issues regarding medical/dental insurance plans and/or claims.

Sept 2007 - June 2009

Worked with Microsoft Access, Photoshop and other programs to convert photo to digital form, archived converted images and other government documents to the database. Self-sufficiently multitasked numerous projects. I even got to hold (and take a selfie with) the highly secure, Constitution of the State of Washington - 1889, among other historical things.

Jan 2000 - Aug 2008

I worked as a commercial fisherman in the Bering Sea and Bristol Bay, catching different species of Crab, Cod, and Salmon for extended periods of time. I excelled at handling high-pressure situations and meeting tight deadlines in vastly diverse environments, on very little sleep. My first captain once said, "If you can complete a season of crab fishing in AK, you can achieve anything". He was right.
